  • Meet Information and Entry Forms as MS Word file OR as Adobe PDF file. Entry fees and entries due at Whitmore pool by 5:30 pm, Tuesday, July 29.
  • Place An Ad In The Meet Program or Sponsor An Event - Details Here - Due To Whitmore Pool by July 31 - Post an advertisement in the Mammoth Medal Meet program to show your swimmer how much you support them. Camera ready ads are best but if you would like to put an ad in without art, give Anna the text and she and Lynne Peabody will work on creating one. Event sponsors names are announced at the swim meet during the event. They are also listed in the program. Only short statements can be listed so please keep your the event sponsorship statements to less than 15 words.
    
    Traditionally, parents place ads in the program to cheer on or show support for their swimmer. If you are interested in placing an ad you can either fill out a form at the pool or if you would prefer you could make your own black and white ad and send it to me at by Thursday July 31. Please pay Cindy Wilson by Thursday ($10 for a quarter page ad-3 X 4 ½, $15 for a half page 6 X 4 ½, $20 for a full page 6 X 9). Here is a quarter page example in an MS Word file OR Adobe PDF file
  • FUNDRAISER GIFT BASKETS - Please bring something for your gift basket. They are in the office!
    Theme's are:
    MAKO = a day at the lake
    TIGER = trader joes
    GREAT WHITE = body and bath
    HAMMERHEADS can bring something for any of the 3 baskets
    PLEASE items should not be expensive, money will go to the sharks!
